2016 C16-03 elongated souvenirs produced with the PNNA's elongating machine, Washington State (Puyallup) Fair, Puyallup, Washington, September 2-25, 2016. The PNNA booth in the Hobby Hall is very popular at the Fair. The quantity produced is estimated at more than 4,000, primarily on copper cents.
2016 12th Annual Fall Convention (sponsored by PNNA and Willamette Coin Club), Portland, Oregon, October 7-9, 2016. No new design was made for this show. Elongateds made with previous designs were produced and handed out.
2017 C17-01 two-sided elongated souvenirs produced with the PNNA's elongating machine (see convention report), 68th Annual Convention, Tukwila, Washington, March 17-19, 2017. Hundreds of these were made. The reverse was the same as for the 2016 Tukwila convention.
Note: As usual, a few elonagted coins with these designs may have been produced using coins other than cents, including foreign coins. In addition, a few intentional "errors" may also have been produced, for example, with only part of the original coin elongated. For the two-sided coins (made with two dies), a few samples and/or test pieces are typically made with only one die (and a blank pressed reverse, which may show remnants of the original cent).
