Notes:

All membership applications are subject to review and approval per the PNNA bylaws.
The PNNA reserves the right to cancel subscription automatic renewals in the event of a dues increase.
At present, automatic renewals are for annual memberships only (not 3-year discounted memberships).
A company name may be included, however the PNNA also requires the name of the responsible individual.
For clubs, please send club name and information separately to info@pnna.org.
Mailed newsletters are available for U.S. and Canadian addresses only.
