The 3rd Quarter 2021 edition of the PNNA’s publication, The Nor’wester, is now available online at https://pnna.org/news/pdf/PNNAnews2021_Q3.pdf.
Normally this would be the Washington State (Puyallup) Fair special edition, however, due to uncertainties about the PNNA’s participation in the Fair this year, it’s a smaller 8-page edition, but still in color! Here’s a summary of the contents:
- PNNA President’s message by Ed Fischer.
- Updates on the Washington State Fair and about Scout Workshops. Note that the PNNA is expected to have limited participation in the Fair.
- A feature article, “Classic Morgan and Peace Dollars in Modern Times,” by Mark Benvenuto.
- An obituary for Bill McKivor, 1940-2021.
- A back-cover advertisement by ANACS, and an ad for the fall Inland Empire Coin Show in Post Falls, Idaho.
The fall PNNA and WCC shows in Tukwila and Portland are still scheduled and will be covered in the next edition of The Nor’wester. Also see https://www.pnna.org/wp/events/fall/.
Back issues of The Nor’wester are available online.
Once again, thank you for your interest in the PNNA!
Sincerely,
Eric Holcomb
